Fractured tooth is removed and the site prepared for the implant 2. The implant fixture is inserted 3. An immediate temporary crown (left) is constructed chairside to fit a temporary abutment (right) 4. The temporary abutment is screwed to the implant 5. The immediate temporary tooth (right) is then fitted over the abutment at surgery 6. The temporary tooth is finally replaced with an all-ceramic implant crown, at the same time as fitting a crown on the adjacent natural tooth
